Jolindi Maree Jurgens – Owner and Physiotherapist of Windhoek Physiotherapy was born in Pretoria, R.S.A. Grew up in Schweizer-Reneke, North-West province, R.S.A. Knew she wanted to become a physiotherapist from an early age. Love working with people, helping them achieve their optimal function.

Jolindi graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2012. After her graduation she completed her Community service year at Potchefstoom sub district hospital (Ventersdorp hospital/Potchefstroom hospital/Witrand hospital (Psychiatric hospital) ) also did an outreach project at Ikalafeng school for children with mental and physical disabilities. Was involved in Rugby clubs (Maties Rugby union, Durbanville Rugby and NWU PUK Rugby union).

In 2014 Jolindi moved to Namibia for a new challenge. She worked in private practice for 4 years. In January 2018 she opend her own practice “Windhoek Physiotherapy”. She constantly carves out time for post-grad courses: Dry Needling 1,2 and 3, Optimal dry needling, joint mobilization with active movements, teaching parients about pain in the clinic, Myotactic activation procedure, physiotherapy in ICU, Introduction to dynamic taping, Introduction to kinesiology taping, Womens health, Ankle assessment and rehabilitation are among her courses and advancements.
